Santa Visits The NYPD of Staten Island!

SPECIAL DELIVERY FROM SANTA & HIS HELPERS TO NEW YORK’S FINEST! This past Friday consisted of 4 NYPD Precincts, boxes of lunches, trays of Cookies, some laughs, 4 retired NYPD Members — 3 of which who are now real estate agents, a photographer to capture these moments, one amazingly jolly Santa Claus, and…a GOAT!

We began our journey of bringing lunch to the NYPD and all its members of Staten Island in St. George at the 120 Precinct, where we were greeted with smiles and warm welcomes as Santa marched his way up the stairs on Richmond Terrace! Tom Crimmins Realty Presents $1000 To P.S. 53

P.S. 53January 29th, 2019, marked the the beginning of the, first ever, "Tom Crimmins Realty - $1000 School Spirit Giveaway!" It was a social media contest devised by the realty firm to give any school's athletic program on Staten Island (excluding High School and Colleges) an opportunity to win $1000. Tom Crimmins Realty began this contest with two goals in mind - to promote school spirit, and connectivity within the schools, as well as, to promote a sense of community around Staten Island. If you all haven't heard the news, the Crimmins Ale House opened last weekend for a 3-day grand opening on 1144 Forest Avenue, where friends and family gathered to eat good food, reminisce with friends and coworkers, have a great drink and enjoy the atmosphere. The owners Suzanne and Tom Crimmins are hard-working Staten Island natives striving for the best. They started out with one office in 2012 on Manor Road. Today, they have three offices to further convenience their clients all over Staten Island.

On June 24th, 2017, Tom Crimmins Realty sponsored and organized a Family Fun Day. Located at the Conference House Park at 292 Satterlee Street, Staten Island, NY, 10307, family friendly events were held for everyone from 12-4pm. Booths from different companies and establishments gave out snacks, food, drinks, activities, toys, etc all for free.

Winning students (Dorothy Ha, Damien Montanez, Garrett Vanderneut, Samantha Harrell) attended awards ceremony for Tom Crimmins Realty's Annual Essay Contest at The Manor House on Tuesday June 20, 2017. Alongside them are Suzanne and Tom Crimmins, Dan Boxman from United Northern, and fellow Tom Crimmins Realty agents (Peter Nacionales, Jack Favaloro, Vince Monardo, Sheri and Abe Aruch).

After a while of hard work and dedication in 5th grade classes across Staten Island, students and their schools submitted their essays to Tom Crimmins Realty's Annual 5th Grade Essay Contest.
