Its access to the Veterans Parkway and the Outerbridge Crossing, as well as its newer, more contemporary homes, makes Woodrow an increasingly sought-after location in the South Shore.

Whether your budget is large or small, there are plenty of options still available in the neighborhood of Woodrow. Call today for more information.
Woodrow is home to New York's first Methodist church, which was built in 1771. Much of Woodrow's residential construction has taken place within the past three decades, making Woodrow popular among those looking to live in a more modernized community.
The neighborhood is about three miles long from one end to the other, divided into sections by Woodrow Road and Huguenot Avenue. Businesses and amenities are spread around throughout the community. Bloomingdale Park is situated in the western corner of the neighborhood and provides residents with 136 acres of woods, walking/jogging trails, sports courts, and a handicapped-accessible playground. Woodrow is also close to the Grand Oaks Country Club and South Shore Golf Course, as well as other recreational areas like Wolfes Pond Park and Clay Pit Ponds State Park Preserve. The New York Public Library has a branch in Woodrow, and public and private schools are located in both Woodrow and surrounding neighborhoods. Additionally, there are plenty of daycare and preschools serving the neighborhood.
Rosebank is close to a number of public and private schools for K-12 students, as well as institutes of higher learning, such as Wagner College, St. John's University, and the College of Staten Island.
