Besides the number of rooms and location, we all know that the aesthetics of a house are one of the main keys that sell it. There are secrets behind this simple concept for instance, paint colors matter tremendously. The buyer could repaint the walls after they purchase the home, but that is a hassle that can make or break the deal. Make sure the walls are not in disrepair and here are some tips for certain rooms!

Neutral colors are always a safe choice if you're indecisive. Warm beige, white, and gray. are all safe choices to dress your room casually. However, to keep things from being bland you should decorate the room, especially if the room is small. Add a few pops of color by some small wall arts or just any thing that would look aesthetic. Don't be afraid to let some light shine in. Tie back those curtains and let the sun shine in. Make sure all the light bulbs are working and maybe bring in a lamp. Don't be afraid to make an accented wall just in case the neutral colors are a little boring. This will surely bring up the value of the room due to the beauty of it.

The colors of 2017 were muted bold colors as well as the prediction for 2018 too; however, 2018's are a little bolder. It ranges from striking blue, animated fuchsia, and stabilizing brown to ark watery tones of blue that are balanced with neutrals, warm yellow and energetic purples.

Don't be too worried that your paint colors are too outdated but make sure it is still pleasing to look at. The color of your walls can be a make or break decision for potential home buyers. If they don't like your interior but still like your home, the idea of repainting your walls can be a major decisive factor.
