All about Lower Todt Hill:
Lower Todt Hill in Staten Island is a residential neighborhood located just south of the Staten Island Island Expressway between Todt Hill Road to the east and Manor Road to the west. Lower Todt Hill is surrounded by beautiful areas like Todt Hill, Emerson Hill and Castleton Corners. I am going to take you for a walk through this lovely neighborhood and tell you a little bit about what we have here and why we are so proud of it. A lot of the houses in this area have been family owned for many years, and as time goes on sold to new generations. Lower Todt Hill's many advantages is transportation, if traveling by car the Staten Island Expressway will take you to the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge which will take you to Brooklyn where you can take the tunnel or a bridge to Manhattan. You may also take the Bayonne, Goethals or Outerbridge which will take you to different parts of New Jersey. Public transportation commuters can catch one of the many buses that stop along Manor Road, which will take you to different parts of Staten Island such as the Staten Island Mall and the Charleston Shopping Center. The express Bus to Manhattan picks up passengers at Manor Road and Schmidt's Lane. The express bus runs frequently for your trip into Manhattan. We also have a train on Staten Island; it is called the Staten Island Rapid Transit and the train station is approximately three miles from Lower Todt Hill. The train runs from Tottenvlle to the Staten Island Ferry.
