"Finish The Fight Against Cancer" Fundraiser

On March 18th, 2016 Tom Crimmins Realty will be sponsoring "Finish The Fight Against Cancer" Fundraiser at the Stone House Restaurant at Clove Lakes. 

According to the CDC, cancer is the second most common cause of death in the US, accounting for nearly 1 of every 4 deaths. Fortunately, over the past 2 decades, there has been a steady decline in the cancer death rate "as a result of fewer Americans smoking and advances in cancer prevention, early detection, and treatment."

Come support with us and continue to end the fight against cancer.

There will be food, open bar, music & raffles and from 7pm to 11pm. Tickets are $100 per person; please make checks payable to:

Looney Bin Comedy Club Brings Laughs to a Good Cause

Cystic Fibrosis is a life-threatening illness where more than 75 percent of people with CF are diagnosed by age 2. (x)

On Friday, November 27, at the Looney Bin Comedy Club, US Mortgage sponsored the event and joined forces with agents from Tom Crimmins Realty to raise money for this great cause. The packed sold out show is proof of people's care and support.

Sincere thanks to Steve Milner CEO, Tim Kennedy and Elli Kalamaras of US Mortgage and many agents from Tom Crimmins Realty for all their support. A special thanks to Marion Alameda and Suzanne Crimmins for spearheading the event.

The heartfelt night brought a true smile to 12 year old Kamryn Rose Fasano, Marion's cousin, who suffers from Cystic Fibroisis.

Time to Give: Tom Crimmins Realty Annual Toy Drive

We have started our Toy Drive and are asking for any donations. This year, toys will go to the CYO & Police Officer Rocco Laurie Foundation for further distribution. Retired and active police officers memorialize Police Officer Rocco Laurie by continuing the foundation that has annual scholarships for junior high school students and participates in outreach endeavors. CYO's mission is to provide recreational, cultural and spiritual activities to the young people of the Archdiocese of New York.

Tom Crimmins Realty will be accepting donations, you can drop off toys at our 304 Manor Road office in Westerleigh.

Tom Crimmins Realty Ending the Year By Giving Back

Tom Crimmins Realty ends 2014 by giving back to the community by donating toys to Catholic Youth Organization and Police Officer Rocco Laurie Foundation. Over 800 toys were donated this year, toys were also distributed to PS 48. 

It is truly heartwarming to see how many people give back to those who are struggling during this time of the year. It is important to be thankful for those of us who are more fortunate than others.

CYO's mission is to provide recreational, cultural and spiritual activities to the young people of the Archdiocese of New York. The Police Officer Rocco Lauri Foundation is in memory of 23 year old officer who was assassinated in 1972.

Realtors to the Heroes Toy Drive

On December 4th 2014, the team Realtors to the Heroes of Tom Crimmins Realty held its annual toy drive. This year, the special event was held at Flanagan’s Tavern. Flanagan’s is located on Amboy Road in the Great Kills section of Staten Island.

Tom Crimmins Realty recently opened its second office, located at 282 Nelson Ave in the Great Kills area of Staten Island. We strive to not only provide excellent service to our clients, but to give back to our communities. This year’s Realtor to the Heroes toy drive is for the Police Officer Rocco Laurie Foundation. Although it seems too early to start preparing for Christmas, it is soon upon us!

We have started our Toy Drive and are asking for any donations. The past toy drives were sponsored by the CYO. Last drive produced over 500 toys and were distributed mainly to the community. Majority of the toys were given to an afterschool program, Physical Fitness and Wellness Program, and children in Port Richmond.

This year, all toys will go to the CYO for further distribution to various needy organizations.

Another Successful Year for Christmas Toy Drive

Last year, the Island was struck by Hurricane Sandy; unfortunately many of our friends and families lost their homes and belongings. CYO hosted the "Christmas Toy Drive" for those affected and Tom Crimmins Realty, with many of our friends, helped support. This year makes no difference. 

On behalf of the Director of Catholic Charities of Staten Island, Joe Panepinto, his assistant Michael spoke about this year's drive.
