Lots of local buses run along Bay Street, Beech Street, and Canal Street, and most of them take riders to the St. George Terminal, where they can catch the free ferry over to the Whitehall Terminal in Brooklyn. Those looking to drive, instead, can head south to the Verrazano Narrows Bridge, less than ten minutes away from the center of Stapleton.
