Four short years ago the journey began. Suzanne and Tom decided to open Tom Crimmins Realty together. Life partners decided to make a go of being business partners together.
Suzanne sold her party service business she owned and operated for 18 years, Chocolate and Balloons Galore, a very successful business, a business she loved!
Tom, a retired NYPD sergeant, longtime real estate investor was a very successful top producing sales agent.
The well known and well respected couple opened in a small rental space on Watchogue Rd. Agents followed. Some brand new. Others very seasoned. Business grew quickly. After two short years the couple purchased a beautiful state of the art building at 304 Manor Rd.
With the much bigger space and growing successful business more agents joined and business became phenomenal. Tom Crimmins Realty became the fastest growing real estate company on Staten Island. Currently there are about 100 agent professionals and staffers employed at the popular firm.

With growth comes a need for expansion! Suzanne and Tom, after four short years have decided to bring their proven formula to the South Shore. They recently purchased another building at 282 Nelson Ave in Great Kills and opened a second location. And once again agents are following and business is growing. The two strategic locations allow the firm to service every area of Staten Island conveniently.
With many retired and active police officers, firefighters, school teachers, and other city employees on the staff Tom Crimmins Realty has become the realty of choice of choice to the blue collar community.
