Alison Pontario represented us on both the purchase of my new home and sale of my current home. I can’t say enough about Alison she was so helpful in coordinating our sale and subsequent purchase. Since we hadn't placed our current home on the market yet, the sellers of the home we were purchasing stipulated that we had 30 days to get into a contract for the sale of our home which required a lot of fine-tuned coordination on Alison’s part. Needless to say, that put a lot of pressure on her. No problem, she had our home sold within the first week of listing it and worked out the glitches that developed with our purchase while she was vacationing. What more can we say...she’s the best!
