The Staten Island real estate market is forever changing. We are without a doubt in a true seller's market. In a normal Staten Island market or at least the trend that has been going on for the last 7 to 10 years we historically have approximately 3500 homes for sale at all times. We currently have only about 1000 homes for sale on Staten Island! What does this mean? Basically with inventory this low, prices have gone substantially up. Homes listed are selling quickly and sometimes through bidding wars.
What does this mean for buyers?
