The Staten Island Real Estate world can be very complicated, stressful and trying; especially for those that consider it there livelihood- the agents and brokers.

It is very important in this industry to work as a team and also be ahead of the curve with Real Estate and mortgage knowledge. Which is why at Tom Crimmins Realty we are firm believers in continuous education as well as in office social events and fundraising. We are big believers in helping our own Staten Island community local charities.

On Wednesday August 10, 2016 Larry Ambrosino, of Residential Home Funding, ran a mortgage related question and answer seminar for all the Tom Crimmins Realty agents and staff with an outrageous social food and drink mixer at Angelina's Restaurant. In addition to his time, knowledge, and generosity he made a substantial donation to our 123 precinct Pack to School and Richmond County Social Network Group's local charity drive. Larry, and Suzanne and Tom Crimmins are all board members of the Richmond County Social Network. As a matter of fact, the organization is planning a local charity dinner on November 3, 2016 at the Old Bermuda Inn. We can't thank Larry enough for his knowledge, time and generosity. Our agents and staff all walked out with smiles, and smarter than they walked in.

Knowledge is power and our office's team atmosphere is the key to our success.
