Ask your agent if they plan on performing a CMA.

  • Can I see your real estate license?

A pocket license card is a small real estate license that is provided to brokers and salespeople. It identifies the individual as a licensed real estate agent. For local brokers, and salespeople, states provide pocket-sized real estate licenses. Make sure you are asking to see your agent's pocket card to see if they are a licensed real estate agent. A salesperson or broker should always carry their pocket card when meeting clients so don’t hesitate to ask.

  • Can you explain all the paperwork and how we go about signing?
