Timothy Guidera NYS Licensed Real Estate Salesperson
My roots are in Staten Island where I attended St. Clare’s Elementary in Great Kills, the site currently being landscaped for New York City’s largest park. Growing up on the Island allowed me great benefits as I would walk to school, little league games and to the public school where you could always get in on pick-up basketball. After graduating from Monsignor Farrell, I attended Hartwick College. I graduated with a BA in Business Management. I got my first job on Wall Street. It was an easy commute to Manhattan. You had the choice of the train which ran express after Great Kills to St. George or the Express Buses that run through Great Kills. After deciding to leave Wall Street to join the FDNY, I rented an apartment in Castleton Corners for quicker access to the Verrazano and the close proximity to restaurants and bars.
While I enjoyed my time on the North Shore I ultimately decided to move back to the South Shore to start a family. My wife and I found our first home together in Eltingville to raise our 2 children.
I am especially interested in helping my fellow blue-collar workers. From my recent experience in searching for and purchasing a home, I am more than aware of the market and the economy condition and know that working with Tom Crimmins Realty you will get the best deal that your money can buy.
