Tom Crimmins - Broker / Owner

Plain and simple, Tom Crimmins is an over achiever! Regardless of what he has done in life, he has found success. He credits this success to hard work, dedication, loyalty, honesty, and integrity. He wins people over with his candid and charming personality, and his great reputation makes him the realtor of choice throughout Staten Island.

The native Staten Islander grew up in Westerleigh, where he still maintains many friends and contacts. As a young child, he attended Blessed Sacrament School, and he went on to attend high school at St. Peter’s Boys, finishing near the top of his class through hard work. While there, he played on the St. Peter’s basketball team. He was never a star, just a true team player and a necessary piece of the puzzle, and it was only through hard work and overachievement. From there, he attended St. John’s University in Staten Island and ultimately graduated with a business degree.

Although he had yet to find his calling at this point in his life, he knew he wanted to be in business for himself. Fresh out of school, he took on the role of assistant to the Dean of Students at St. John’s University. Although enjoyable, the position was not challenging enough. After a short stint on Wall Street, he became a New York City Police Officer, a job he loved!

Throughout his adult life, Tom always managed to involve himself in real estate. His long resume includes personal investing, speculation, property management, and buying, fixing, and flipping homes. This inspired him to turn his interest into a successful career first as an agent, then as an associate broker, and now as the broker and owner of his own firm, Tom Crimmins Realty.

Suzanne Crimmins - BROKER / Owner

Suzanne Crimmins, co-owner of Tom Crimmins Realty, is the glue behind the scenes that holds Tom Crimmins Realty together. An administrative genius, this conscientious professional is the main reason the office functions like a well-oiled machine. Suzanne's duties include overseeing a top-notch work staff, processing listings and deals, providing agent support, handling bookkeeping, ensuring regulation adherence, and acting as our mortgage broker and attorney liason. Suzanne efficiently runs this very busy firm with every agent and client in mind, and brings a set of organizational skills that are second-to-none.

Suzanne's past work experience includes managing a large retail store, bookkeeping for a major food chain, and most recently, owning/operating the largest party service store in Staten Island, Chocolate & Balloons Galore based in Westerleigh, for over 18 years.

In her spare time, Suzanne is a director of the Todt Hill Civic Association, and a chairperson for the Relay for Life fundraiser, the Tom Crimmins Realty Toy Drive, and the "Today Writers - Tomorrow Leaders" essay contest. Past public service has included volunteering for the American Cancer Society and numerous PTA organizations. Suzanne's many personal achievements include the CYO Shining Star Award, which recognizes those who have made positive contributions to their communities.
